My Great Great Grandfather was James Thomas Adams. (Jim Tom). He and Mary Hodge Adams had several sons and one daughter. The daughter Nettie Adams was killed at age 6 in an accidental fire. The second oldest son, William (Bill) Dennis Adams was my Great Grandfather. He owned the family farm in Pitt County NC. The following pictures are of my Adams McLawhorn Family Members from Pitt County NC in the community of Shelmerdine.

My grandmother (Bill's daughter) Nettie married Roy Wiggins. Their pictures are on the Wiggins Photo Page.
